The kitchen is anchored by a fluted curved island wrapped in solid vertical white oak slats, fitted with an authentic wave-carved marble apron-front sink and brass tapware. Base cabinets and drawers showcase slim shaker rails with precision-cut fluted center panels. This tailored finish extends into the master bath with a solid white oak flush inset vanity, reeded drawer faces, and classic turned furniture legs beneath a honed marble countertop.

Engineering & CAD Shop Drawings

Exact field fit begins with comprehensive CAD submittals. Our engineering department developed detailed shop drawings accounting for the homeowner’s 700mm Italian range oven, custom range hood ductwork, undermount drawer organizer trays, and specific stone splash shelf profiles. All elevations and clearance details were mapped in dual dimensions (inches and metric) to eliminate installation errors on site.

Factory Dry-Fit & Pre-Assembly Inspection

In our production facility, all casework units underwent full dry-fit pre-assembly to inspect tolerances before stain and clear-coat application. The boxes were built using North American solid white oak face frames with flush inset joinery and solid wood dovetail drawer boxes on concealed undermount soft-close slides. Each fluted white oak door, custom open wine storage unit, and vanity carcass underwent rigorous multi-point moisture control and tolerance checks before being packed into reinforced export crates.
