ALLAND Quality & Craftsmanship

Engineering architectural custom casework across three manufacturing facilities since 2008.

Dedicated to authentic cabinet manufacturer craftsmanship, structural integrity, and exact job-site fit.

The Four Pillars of Cabinet Craftsmanship

People

Our strength lies in our technical engineering team and veteran cabinetmakers. Backed by over 18 years of direct export manufacturing, our staff bridges digital CAD engineering with hands-on millwork mastery. From bilingual drafters who review wall clearances and appliance cutouts to bench carpenters who inspect joint squareness, this collective discipline is what protects our cabinet craftsmanship across every custom build.

Materials

Authentic millwork begins with the organic character of natural wood. From hand-selected hardwood species to certified E0-grade substrates and quarter-sawn veneers, all raw materials are carefully inspected and milled within our dedicated processing facilities. By combining precise mechanical milling with artisan hand-finishing, we balance grain alignment, structural stability, and tactile elegance—delivering furniture-quality custom cabinetry that stands the test of time

Finish

A luxury millwork finish must provide everyday durability without sacrificing tactile richness. Our finishing bays apply multi-stage coatings utilizing eco-friendly, low-VOC polyurethane lacquers and furniture-grade stains. Each door component undergoes automated primer spraying, hand-scuffing between passes, and cured protective topcoats. The result is an ultra-smooth, non-yellowing surface engineered to resist kitchen humidity, grease, and micro-abrasions.

Construction

Engineered joinery ensures that your cabinetry withstands decades of structural stress. Every drawer box is fabricated with a solid-wood dovetail joint drawer configuration—featuring interlocking fingers that resist pull-out forces under heavy cookware loads. Carcasses are drilled with high-precision 32mm system boring for dead-square assembly, paired with authentic Austrian Blum soft-close hinges and undermount slides rated for 100,000 cycles.

Equipment

Precision machinery combined with automated tooling ensures every cabinet component meets zero-tolerance architectural specs. Our three manufacturing plants utilize high-capacity automated beam saws, multi-axis CNC machining centers, and heavy-duty PUR edgebanders. This automated workflow eliminates manual measuring drift, seals board edges hermetically against moisture ingress, and optimizes material yields to reduce project costs.
